Dining at CCN offers something special for everyone!  From buffets and casual À La Carte Bistro Night, to the elegance of our unique Tableside service and the thrilling variety of entertainment, our goal is to treat you to the very best!


The Omelette Waffle Bar is a Sunday sensation.  Enjoy Eggs Benedict, fluffy omelettes exquisitely made to order, scrumptious Belgian waffles with luscious toppings, and a wide variety special treats including Green yogurt with granola, French toast with pecan syrup and sour cherry butter, honey baked ham, and more!!  We always include sausage links, hash browns, corned beef hash, fresh Danish and muffins, juice, coffee, and tea.  Sundays are truly fit for royalty, and that's only the beginning...


Tuesday Night Buffets are a culinary adventure with three to four mouthwatering entrées, one or two starches, a vegetable, and a special dessert.  Chef Todd offers a unique monthly schedule:

First Tuesday:  Homestyle Buffet

Second Tuesday:  Carvery Night

Third Tuesday:  Pasta Night

Fourth Tuesday:  Special Theme Night

Fifth Tuesday:  Carvery Night

The variety is as limitless as the chef's imagination!


Bistro Nights on Fridays during Season offer a "lighter fare" À La Carte menu.  Incredibly varied, it's perfect for casual entertaining!


Saturday night À La Carte dining with Tableside service is the Chef's pièce de résistance!  Our exquisite menu includes such items as Filet Mignon with Béarnaise Sauce, Prime Rib of Black Angus Beef, Chicken Saltimbocca, Rack of Lamb, Veal Piccata, Duck Breast a l'Orange, Shrimp Scampi...this is only a sampling of the choices which await you!  Choose your entrée from the "Tableside" portion of our menu, and allow us to pamper you as your meal is elegantly finished at your tableside.  In conjuntion with Saturday night dining, you will want to experience the Chef's Menu & Wine Tasting nights.  Held twice each Season, the Chef preview his entire À La Carte and Tableside menus for you:  you may sample everything, including a wide variety of wines from our extensive wine list.


We've only scratched the surface!  There's so much more:  Seafood Buffets, parties and celebrations, dances and entertainment, fashion shows, bridge luncheons, the delightful Tavern menu, daily lunch...a bountiful array of dining opportunites awaits you and takes place in the comfort of our beautiful clubhouse!


Behind the scenes and at the helm of our kitchen is our Executive Chef Todd Warosh who has been with the Club since August 31, 1989.  Together with Sous Chef Steve Matson, who has been with CCN since April 1, 1994, they head a creative team totally dedicated to your enjoyment of the Club.
