À La Carte dining is CCN's pièce de résistance! This exquisite menu covers a wide variety from appetizers and lighter bistro-style offerings to classic CCN favorites! In conjunction with our À La Carte menu, you will want to experience the Chef's Menu & Wine Tasting nights. Held twice each Season, the Chef previews his entire À La Carte menu for you: here you may sample everything, including a wide range of wines from our extensive wine list.

Behind the scenes and at the helm of our kitchen is our Executive Chef Todd Warosh who has been with the Club since August 31, 1989. Together with Sous Chef Steve Matson, who has been with CCN since April 1, 1994, they head a creative team totally dedicated to your enjoyment of the Club.
