Blayne joined The Country Club of Naples as General Manager in July of 2019.  Born and raised in the Kansas City area, Blayne graduated from Northwest Missouri State in Maryville, Missouri with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Political Science and later studied Public Administration at The University of Nevada, Las Vegas.  Blayne began his private club management career almost 15 years ago in at a ClubCorp property in Las Vegas followed by 4 years at The Las Vegas Country Club.  In the summer of 2013 Blayne and his family moved to Ft. Myers, Florida where he began his Fiddlesticks Country Club career.  After six wonderful years at Fiddlesticks Blayne accepted the position of General Manager here at The Country Club of Naples.  Blayne is an active member of the Club Management Association of America, having obtained his Certified Club Manager’s status in the Spring of 2019. 

Blayne lives in Bonita Springs with his wife and two fur children.  In his free time, Blayne enjoys spending time with his family traveling and doing many of the great outdoor activities southwest Florida has to offer.
